MAISON CLASSIC FACTORY, operated by CLASSIC INC., is a cream puff workshop located inside Takanawa Gateway Station. The new Milk Chou Soft features choux pastry baked daily on-site, filled with custard cream, and topped generously with milk soft serve ice cream. The choux pastry is baked with a cookie dough layer for a crispy texture and rich aroma. The milk soft serve is selected for its refreshing yet rich milk flavor, complementing the custard and pastry perfectly.

The dessert offers a three-stage tasting experience: first enjoying the soft serve alone, then pairing it with the crispy choux pastry, and finally savoring all components together for a harmonious blend of cold creaminess, crunchy texture, and custard richness.
