The collaboration series “Sushiro × Tabelog” brings you the nationwide famous restaurant supervised ramen. This time, Sushiro has partnered with the renowned miso ramen restaurant “Santora” and is launching their miso ramen. Additionally, the famous restaurant “Ichii” from Niigata will also be introduced.

“Santora” is a famous miso ramen restaurant located in Edogawabashi, Tokyo, boasting a high rating of 3.88 on Tabelog.
Supervised by “Santora,” the “Miso Ramen (with Ginger)” features a rich soup base made from pork umami combined with the depth of white miso and lard. The soup has a subtle hint of Sichuan pepper, and the topping includes ginger, which balances the rich umami with a refreshing aftertaste.
Sushiro Santora Sales Period
The ramen will be available for a limited time from May 29, 2024, to June 16, 2024. It will be available in limited quantities and will end once sold out. The price is 450 yen (tax included), with some stores offering it at 460 yen or 490 yen (tax included). Takeout is not available.
“Santora” is known for its broth, which is based on pork bones and enhanced with kelp, seafood, and vegetables. The combination of white miso with a refined sweetness and umami and lard is exquisite. The medium-thick curly noodles cling to the rich soup. The ramen is also characterized by sautéed vegetables and tender chashu pork, and the soup with flavors of garlic and Sichuan pepper can be enjoyed with the added ginger for a delicious taste until the last drop.
