Bronco Billy in Japan Launches Limited-Edition Grilled Eel Hamburger with Butter

Bronco Billy, a popular steakhouse chain in Japan, is introducing a new limited-time menu item called the “Grilled Eel Ganko Hamburger with Decadent Butter” from July 24 to August 6, 2026.

This special dish combines Bronco Billy’s signature charcoal-grilled hamburger with tender grilled eel and rich butter, served with a buffet and rice or bread options. It’s designed to provide a powerful energy boost during the hot summer season.

About Bronco Billy’s New Summer Menu

Established in 1978 in Nagoya, Bronco Billy has grown to 148 locations across Japan, including Tokyo, Kanagawa, Aichi, Osaka, and Fukuoka. Known for their charcoal-grilled steaks and hamburgers, they also offer a popular all-you-can-eat buffet called “Bronco Buffet” and rice cooked in a traditional large kamado pot using 100% Uonuma Koshihikari rice.

The new “Grilled Eel Ganko Hamburger with Decadent Butter” features their top-selling 200g hamburger topped with a half portion of grilled eel, creamy butter, and a touch of Japanese pepper for a spicy kick. The dish is finished with a special kabayaki sauce, creating a luxurious and indulgent flavor.

• Menu includes a set called the “Satisfaction Ultimate Set” priced at ¥2,990 (tax included ¥3,289), which comes with the hamburger, grilled eel, butter, all-you-can-eat Bronco Buffet, rice or bread, and egg soup.
• A standalone option with just the hamburger, eel, and butter is available for ¥2,130 (tax included ¥2,343).
• Customers can create their own “Unaganko Bowl” by combining the hamburger, eel, and butter over the kamado-cooked rice.
