The NAMIKI667 Beer Terrace at Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo presents a summer terrace plan themed “Feast,” showcasing a menu inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Latin America. Guests can start their meal with dishes like Mexican-spiced nachos, ceviche marinated in lime and chili, and Mexican street corn “Elote.” The main courses feature slow-cooked pork shoulder confit “Carnitas” tacos and “Pollo Asado” tacos made with chili lime-marinated chicken. The menu also includes Brazilian-style “Linguica” sausages and “Picanha” steaks seasoned with rock salt.

Complementing the food, the terrace offers a 90-minute free-flow drink menu, including Corona beer, mojitos, caipirinhas, and wines from Argentina and Chile. Non-alcoholic options such as Guarana, Inca Kola, and Mate tea are also available. To finish the meal, guests can enjoy freshly made churros with chocolate sauce and refreshing lime and mango sorbet.
