Kua’Aina has launched three new truffle Colby Jack burgers at all of its restaurants in Japan, available from October 21, 2026.
The seasonal lineup combines Colby Jack cheese with a house-made truffle aioli sauce prepared daily at each store. The burgers will be available through January 19, 2027, although the end date may change.
The menu includes the Truffle Colby Jack Cheeseburger for ¥1,730, the Truffle Colby Jack Avocado Burger for ¥2,030, and the Truffle Colby Jack Chicken Burger for ¥1,380. Drinks and French fries can also be added as part of an all-day value set.
About the Truffle Colby Jack Burger Menu
The new burgers build on Kua’Aina’s previous truffle aioli burger. The sauce starts with Italian summer truffles and mushrooms, then gains extra depth from French truffle oil and truffle salt. Colby Jack, a blend of Colby and Monterey Jack cheeses, adds a creamy flavor and distinctive marbled appearance.
