Aman Tokyo will offer a limited quantity of its 2026 Christmas Shortcake from December 1 at La Patisserie by Aman Tokyo in Otemachi, Tokyo. The hotel’s festive collection also includes a Bûche de Noël, Stollen, gift boxes, KOBAKO pastries, and Panettone.
The cakes are inspired by the snowy Otemachi Forest beside the hotel. Advance reservations open at 11 a.m. on November 2, while Christmas cakes will be sold from December 1 through December 25, 2026. The Shortcake is available by advance reservation only, and reservations must be made by 3 p.m. five days before pickup.

Bûche de Noël
Aman Tokyo’s snowy forest-inspired Bûche de Noël combines raspberry buttercream, strawberry jam, and pistachio roll cake. Prices are ¥7,992 for 12 centimeters or ¥9,720 for 15 centimeters, tax included.
Aman Tokyo Original Stollen
The Stollen is made with organic Hokkaido wheat, rum-scented orange peel, organic raisins, peanuts from Chiba, and warming spices. It costs ¥2,590 for the small size or ¥4,790 for the large size, tax included.
Christmas Gift Box 2026
The ¥8,700 gift box includes Stollen, KOBAKO gingerbread-man speculoos, passion-fruit pâte de fruit, and a Darjeeling Earl Grey tea tin from Ronnefeldt.
Aman Tokyo Panettone 2026
Made over three days with natural lievito madre starter, Italian wheat, dried fruit, and Marunouchi Honey Project honey, the Panettone costs ¥10,000 (tax included).
The pastry collection combines classic European holiday baking with ingredients selected for their regional character. The Shortcake uses Hokkaido free-range eggs and wheat, while the Panettone is made with natural lievito madre starter over three days. Its dough includes Italian wheat, free-range eggs, honey from the Marunouchi Honey Project, and dried fruit soaked in Marsala wine.
