Lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. with a 3:30 p.m. closing from December 21 to 23. On December 19, 20, 24 and 25, lunch is offered in two seatings at 11:30 a.m. and 1:40 p.m. Dinner service runs from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. last order on December 21 to 23, while the other dates offer seatings at 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., with last order at 6:30 p.m.

The seafood appetizer pairs barely cooked lobster and scallops with a rich coquille sauce and a light champagne foam. The meat course brings roasted fillet together with beef jus scented with black truffle. At the end of the meal, strawberry and pistachio creams are layered with chocolate sponge, while crisp kadaif adds contrast to the tiramisu.

Queen Alice is an established French restaurant produced by owner-chef Yutaka Ishinabe. Chef Shingo Kawai joined Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu in 2007, worked at both Cafe Tosca and Queen Alice, and became Queen Alice’s chef in 2025.
