Keyaki is bringing its crab ramen to Nagoya Takashimaya for the first time as part of the third wave of the 27th Autumn Grand Hokkaido Food Fair. The event will feature the Crab-Filled Northern Luxury Ramen, made with plenty of snow crab and a rich, thickened soup.
The third wave runs from September 30 to October 5, 2026, on the 10th-floor event space at JR Nagoya Takashimaya. The final day closes at 5 p.m., and eat-in last orders are accepted 30 minutes before closing. Several items are available in limited daily quantities, so popular dishes and sweets may sell out early.
Featured prices include Keyaki’s Crab-Filled Northern Luxury Ramen at ¥2,301, Tonta’s mixed loin-and-belly pork bowl at ¥1,458, and Patisserie Shu’s melon soft serve at ¥701. Ryubin’s two-tier bento features seasonal Hokkaido seafood such as kinki fish, scallops, sea urchin, salmon roe, and king crab. It costs ¥9,720 (tax included), with 30 boxes available per day.
Fujisushi Hokkai Taste Tour
This 10-piece sushi set offers three types of crab alongside other Hokkaido ingredients. It costs ¥5,940 (tax included) and is limited to 100 servings per day.
Saran Hakodate Onuma Black Beef Bento
Saran’s two-tier bento pairs grilled meat and steak made with Hakodate Onuma Black Beef. The price is ¥2,700 (tax included), with 50 boxes available per day.
Sapporo Crab Factory Northern Seafood Bento
This seafood bento features eight varieties, including snow crab and botan shrimp. It costs ¥3,564 (tax included), with 50 boxes available per day.
The fair brings together Hokkaido ingredients and regional specialties, including crab, melon, locally raised beef, sushi, ramen, sweets, and prepared foods. Keyaki’s ramen is topped with snow crab meat, while egg white is blended into the soup to create its distinctive thick texture. The event’s first 10 days, from September 17 to September 26, attracted more than 170,000 visitors.
