New Autumn Pumpkin Chicken Paitan Ramen Debuts at Hakkeisha in Sapporo, Sendai, Tokyo

Hakkeisha has introduced a new autumn-themed chicken paitan ramen in Sapporo, Sendai, and Tokyo, available from September 1, 2026.

This seasonal menu offers a perfect quick dining option across these cities during the limited period starting in early September.

The new dish, named “Akisai Minori no Tori Paitan,” blends creamy chicken broth with smooth pumpkin puree, topped with autumn ingredients like burdock chips and maitake mushrooms. A special risotto-style finish with cheese and rice is also available as an optional set.
