About the Seasonal Menu at Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower

The parfait, named “Sakura Hodoki – Momiji Mau Ringo to Koucha no Parfait,” features a delicate sakura-colored cotton candy that melts away when syrup is poured over it, revealing a colorful autumn scene inspired by maple leaves. The dessert layers strawberry sherbet, vanilla ice cream, apple compote, fragrant tea jelly, and custard cream, combining gentle apple and tea flavors reminiscent of apple pie.

The cocktail selection includes three drinks inspired by Obara’s Shikizakura cherry blossoms: “Autumn’s Ember,” a blend of red wine, rum, and apple; “Peach Blossom,” a sparkling cocktail with cherry and peach aromas; and “Apple Twilight,” combining tea, apple juice, and rum, with an optional milk addition for a smoother taste. Non-alcoholic versions of Peach Blossom and Apple Twilight are also available.
