About Asakusa Gibier Curry

Operated by Sakurada Co., Ltd. and led by chef Katsuhiko Sakurada, who has 53 years of cooking experience, Asakusa Gibier Curry brings a special dish born from a 34-year connection with Nepal. The curry features carefully simmered wild boar and deer meat, infused with a rich broth and a blend of Nepalese spices crafted by Pandit Niranjam from Nepal. The dish is finished with grilled boar and a raw egg, combining the deep flavors of wild game, aromatic spices, and the smoothness of the egg.
