This seasonal menu celebrates “Doyo no Ushi no Hi,” a traditional day to enjoy eel, with dishes featuring eel, garlic, beef, and other summer ingredients.

This limited-time course is designed to stimulate the senses through the sights, sounds, and aromas of teppanyaki cooking, providing a refreshing dining experience during the hot summer months. The menu includes carefully crafted dishes such as a warm appetizer inspired by Osaka’s local food culture, combining “hakozushi” (pressed sushi) and “mamushi” (steamed eel rice) into a unique “hako-mamushi” dish made with locally sourced “Biryō Unagi” eel.
