The highlight for visitors is the limited availability of this shrimp-flavored dish, which uses broth extracted from Hokkaido sweet shrimp heads combined with shrimp powder and oil for a deeply savory experience.
This special mazesoba is offered in-store at Kura Sushi, Ramen Kasumi, and Ramen Station locations, with a unique campaign at two Ramen Station branches where the first five customers each day can enjoy a bowl for just ¥100.
About the Collaboration
This is the third collaboration between Kura Sushi, Ramen Kasumi, and Ramen Station, following two successful previous projects. The rich shrimp mazesoba features a thick shrimp pork bone soup topped with crispy fried sakura shrimp for added texture and flavor. The broth is made from Hokkaido sweet shrimp heads, combined with shrimp powder and oil to maximize the shrimp taste.
