Hotel Indigo Tokyo Shibuya is celebrating its 3rd anniversary with a one-night-only special dining and bar event on August 28, 2026.
The event will be held at the 11th-floor Gallery 11 Restaurant & Bar, offering guests a unique experience with exclusive cocktails, signature dishes, and live art performances from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
About the Anniversary Event
Marking three years since its opening, Hotel Indigo Tokyo Shibuya invites guests to enjoy a vibrant evening that captures the spirit of Shibuya’s culture. The celebration features a welcome drink of Pommery Sky Blue Champagne, highlighting its vivid blue color and delicate bubbles. The event also includes limited-edition cocktails made with Red Bull, Cointreau, and Indigo Gin, crafted by guest bartenders. A special MIKUNI GIN original bottle inspired by Shibuya’s creativity will be available as well.
The Gallery 11’s new bar concept, “Second Life Bar,” will be introduced, focusing on sustainability by using fruit peels and remnants in cocktails and candies. Guests can also enjoy live painting by artist Manabu Morita, who will create a unique artwork throughout the evening.
