SUSHIRO Cafe, known for its creative sweets developed by dedicated pastry chefs, has crafted this parfait inspired by the long-loved C.C. Lemon soft drink. The dessert features lemon milk marble ice cream, lemon sauce with nata de coco for texture, lemon granita with a ramune candy accent, and layers of lemon jelly. Customers can squeeze fresh lemon slices on top to customize the tartness to their liking.
Alongside the parfait, SUSHIRO Cafe also introduced a new iced drink called the “Drinkable Milk Tea Frappe,” combining carefully selected Ceylon tea leaves with milk and condensed milk sherbet for a refreshing summer beverage.
