Royal Host has updated its menu on May 15, 2024. The main change, though a bit pricier, is the 300g thick-cut steak that was popular during the American Fair. Thick-Cut Angus Sirloin Steak

The steak’s volume has increased by 1.5 times. The portion sizes have been increased from 100g to 150g and from 200g to 300g, giving a significant boost in meat volume. The side dish has also been changed to potato gratin, enhancing the steak’s flavor.

Angus Sirloin Steak Pilaf – Garlic Flavor

A new size has been introduced for the Angus Sirloin Steak Pilaf. The smaller 75g size is perfect for a lighter meal or for those looking to spend less. The sauce can be chosen between garlic cream sauce or fried onion & demi-glace butter sauce.

Angus Sirloin Steak Salad Brunch Set

  • 150g: ¥3,230 (¥3,553 with tax)

The Angus Sirloin Steak Salad Brunch Set now features a new accompaniment: garlic toast prepared in a gelatin and custard style, offering a new texture and flavor.

There’s also an additional soup option: the traditional onion gratin soup is now complemented by a rich lobster cream soup, providing a more refined brunch experience.

Grilled Chicken Thigh

This dish features a whole chicken thigh grilled with lattice marks, sealing in the juices while crisping the skin for a delightful taste. It comes with a flavorful chasseur sauce, based on demi-glace, with onions, mushrooms, and garlic enhancing the chicken’s flavor.

Ham and Chicken Clubhouse Sandwich
