HANABI Night Terrace is an annual dinner event held on the hotel’s 4th-floor open terrace, offering stunning views of fireworks displays. In 2026, the menu centers around a “HANABI Terrace Dinner” featuring a main course of roasted Kuroge Wagyu sirloin beef, complemented by seasonal grilled vegetables and horseradish sauce. On three special dates—August 1, August 10, and September 13—the main dish is upgraded to grilled Kuroge Wagyu fillet, known for its tender texture and fine marbling.
The dinner begins with a colorful assortment of five appetizers, including foie gras brûlée, vibrant tomato Parisienne, soy meat taco-style salad, marinated yellowfin tuna with Yuasa soy sauce, and steamed chicken with leek sauce. Desserts feature four varieties, such as smooth pudding topped with aqua blue jelly reminiscent of Shirarahama Beach, coffee jelly, passion fruit chocolate mousse, and snowball cookies. A wide selection of drinks is available with free flow, including nine cocktails, draft beer, sparkling and still wines, whiskey, plum wine, and soft drinks.
Children can enjoy a loco moco plate accompanied by free-flow soft drinks, ensuring a family-friendly atmosphere. The event takes place from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with last orders at 8:30 pm.
