About the American Fair at Courtyard by Marriott Sapporo
Held on the hotel’s second floor at the all-day dining restaurant “Substance,” the American Fair showcases Marriott’s culinary roots with a menu inspired by its founding era. The centerpiece is the Mighty Mo burger, a modern take on Marriott’s original popular burger. The fair also includes a lunch buffet featuring six types of burgers, two sandwiches, and two hot dogs, paired with a salad bar, warm and cold dishes, and a dessert buffet.
On the first floor, “THE LOUNGE” bar offers an a la carte menu including the Mighty Mo burger and classic cocktails like the Mint Julep, a bourbon-based drink from 18th-century America. Non-alcoholic options such as the “Florida” mocktail, inspired by the Prohibition era, are also available.
