Baguette Rabbit has launched a new winter bread lineup across all of its stores in Japan, led by the Coffee and Red Bean Boule. The seasonal products will be available from November 1, 2026.
The lineup will be sold nationwide at Baguette Rabbit locations through December 31, 2026, while supplies last. Year-end and New Year holiday opening schedules may cause the sales period to vary at some stores.
The Coffee and Red Bean Boule is priced at ¥600 (tax included), the Espresso Coffee Danish at ¥360 (tax included), and the Kitto Yuzu and Cream Cheese Rye at ¥380 (tax included). Stores include Shako Honten and Asunal Kanayama in Nagoya, plus the Jiyugaoka store in Tokyo.
About Baguette Rabbit

Baguette Rabbit Seasonal Bread Selection
The pictured lineup includes the Kitto Yuzu and Cream Cheese Rye at ¥380 (tax included), the Coffee and Red Bean Boule at ¥600, and the Espresso Coffee Danish at ¥360. All three are seasonal products sold at Baguette Rabbit stores.
Kitto Yuzu from Golden Village
The Kitto Yuzu and Cream Cheese Rye uses aromatic Kitto yuzu from Golden Village in Tokushima. The seasonal rye bread is priced at ¥380 (tax included) and combines yuzu peel with cream cheese, cinnamon apple, and roasted walnuts.

Baguette Rabbit is known for its high-hydration Boule, made with a water ratio of more than 90% compared with around 65% for typical bread dough. The result is a moist, chewy texture that highlights the flavor of the wheat and provides a foundation for both sweet and savory seasonal combinations.

Highlights
- The Coffee and Red Bean Boule combines coffee powder, white chocolate, and coffee red bean cream for a balance of gentle sweetness and light bitterness. It costs ¥600 (tax included).
- The Espresso Coffee Danish uses fermented-butter dough, coffee cream, syrup, and sliced almonds. It is priced at ¥360 (tax included).
- The Kitto Yuzu and Cream Cheese Rye includes yuzu peel, cinnamon apple, roasted walnuts, and cream cheese made with yuzu peel. It costs ¥380 (tax included).
- The Boule series has sold more than 1.09 million units, based on the company’s cumulative sales research from January 2019 through the end of September 2026.
- Baguette Rabbit mills some flour in-store with its own stone mill and also develops organic-wheat breads and breads designed to pair with alcoholic drinks.
