WAIGAYA in Shinjuku, Tokyo is offering free refills of Oodory-supervised beef tendon curry with selected lunch dishes from October 1, 2026. The curry is provided at no extra charge to customers ordering eligible wagyu yukhoe sets or raw wagyu hamburgers.
The curry, rice, and raw egg can all be refilled without limit during the 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. lunch service. Lunch reservations are not accepted; guests are guided by numbered tickets, and service ends for the day when menu items sell out.
The eligible dishes are Wagyu Yukhoe at ¥1,500 (tax included), Double Yukhoe at ¥2,000, Triple Yukhoe at ¥2,500, Raw Wagyu Hamburger Double at ¥2,200, and Raw Wagyu Hamburger Triple at ¥2,800. A cheese topping is available for ¥200 (tax included) at Wagyu Holmon WAIGAYA Shinjuku Sanchome Honten.
About the Oodory and WAIGAYA collaboration
Oodory, the 2025 Kanda Curry Grand Prix winner, developed the curry specifically for this partnership. It uses beef tendon from WAIGAYA’s yakiniku operation and has a rich, mellow European-style flavor with gentle heat. Guests can enjoy it with the meat dishes, mix it with rice and raw egg, or refill only the curry according to their preference.
