The pop-up is located inside COMMONS TACHIKAWA TACHIHI, near Tachikawa TachiHi Station, and features a menu of classic Okinawan stir-fry dishes and desserts. Prices range from ¥350 for pork rice balls to ¥880 for specialty champuru dishes.

FOOD LAB is a seasonal pop-up restaurant concept in Tachikawa that explores delicious food through changing themes. The first edition showcases Okinawan champuru, a style of stir-fry mixing various ingredients, offering dishes like Goya Champuru, Fu Champuru, and Okinawa Soba Champuru. Alongside savory plates, guests can enjoy Okinawan sweets such as sata andagi (Okinawan doughnuts), Okinawa zenzai (sweet red bean soup), and Blue Seal ice cream.
