About the Event
The “Treasures of Japan” menu at The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo’s bistro, Towers, is a highlight of the FLAVORS IN TRANSIT campaign. Executive Chef Takuji Nakano has traveled across Japan to select the finest ingredients, such as additive-free sea urchin from Hakodate and premium “Tosa Akaushi” beef from Kochi. These ingredients are transformed into exquisite dishes using sophisticated French culinary techniques, paired with wines from Tochigi’s Coco Farm & Winery.
