The new flower parfaits use ice cream from Tomihisa Ice, a brand known for carefully selected ingredients and natural flavors. One parfait combines rich chocolate ice cream with fromage blanc ice cream and rare Japanese tayberry from Nagano, accented with crispy chocolate and spiced Aurora Pocky sticks. The other parfait features refreshing Yubari melon sorbet and fruit, paired with mint chocolate ice cream, mojito jelly, and crispy phyllo pastry for a light texture.
