Tsubakiya Coffee and Ducky Duck have launched a new Hokkaido Pumpkin Panda Cream Puff in Tokyo, available from October 13, 2026.
The seasonal pastry combines a crisp cookie choux shell with a smooth cream made from sweet Hokkaido pumpkin and custard. It will be sold through mid-November, while one participating store begins sales on October 14.
The ¥480 (tax included) cream puff is available at three Tokyo locations: Tsubakiya Coffee Gotanda Tokyu Square, Tsubakiya Coffee Atre Omori, and Ducky Duck Ayase. From October 24 to 31, the pastry will also feature a Halloween-inspired design.
About the Pumpkin Panda Cream Puff
The pastry is based on the brands’ signature panda cream puff, reworked for autumn with pumpkin cream. Each choux is baked for a fragrant, lightly crisp texture, then filled generously with a rich mixture of Hokkaido pumpkin and custard.
