The series brings familiar Mala Tang ingredients and flavors onto a pizza base. Korean glass noodles provide a springy texture, while pork and wood ear mushrooms add savory and crunchy elements. Mozzarella and Gouda cheeses balance the sauce, which combines Sichuan pepper, five-spice powder, two types of pepper oil, and mala oil for a numbing, spicy finish.
