TruffleBAKERY Minami-Yatsugatake
The Minami-Yatsugatake bakery is the development base for the Mikazuki Salt Bread series. The breads were created in this mountain setting, inspired by the crescent moon in the night sky.

The four-flavor series starts with the basic Mikazuki Salt Bread at ¥350 (tax included), alongside Black Truffle, An Mochi, and Basil variations.
Black Truffle, An Mochi, and Basil
The flavored breads include Black Truffle at ¥389 (tax included), An Mochi at ¥580 (tax included), and Basil at ¥480 (tax included).
TruffleBAKERY developed the crescent-shaped breads for more than six months at its Minami-Yatsugatake bakery base. Inspired by the moon seen over the mountain site, the shape creates changing textures as each bread is eaten, including the brand’s signature crisp and buttery texture.
