The first wave starts on September 29, followed by a second wave from October 6. Availability is nationwide for most products, while the cold sauce-coated fried chicken, pumpkin salad, and ramen salad are not offered in Okinawa. Products may sell out or vary by store.

Butahage Charcoal-Grilled Pork Bowl
The Butahage-supervised pork bowl costs ¥698 (¥753.84 tax included). Charcoal-grilled pork is finished with a sweet-savory sauce made with soy sauce and coarse sugar.
Sumire Rich Salt Ramen
Supervised by Sapporo restaurant Sumire, this salt ramen costs ¥580 (¥626.40 tax included). Chicken and pork clear broth is enriched with lard and garlic.
Suage Chicken and Vegetable Soup Curry
Supervised by Sapporo restaurant Suage, the soup curry costs ¥648 (¥699.84 tax included). Spiced broth is served with grilled chicken and fried potato and carrot.
The fair brings familiar Hokkaido flavors into the convenience-store format, combining regional ingredients with dishes supervised by well-known local restaurants. Alongside the 12 main fair items, several Hokkaido-inspired Seven Premium and Seven Cafe products are also available.
