This special Ebipork Tonkotsu ramen stands out from typical pork bone ramen menus in Nagoya by combining the intense flavor and aroma of shrimp with the brand’s signature creamy tonkotsu soup.

The new shop opens on September 4, 2026, in Meichika, the underground shopping area directly connected to Nagoya subway station. The menu highlights two main ramen options: the Ebishio Tonkotsu at ¥1,100 and the Ebimiso Tonkotsu at ¥1,200.
