About the Collaboration
Sushiro, in partnership with the restaurant review service Tabelog, has launched a nationwide series featuring highly rated ramen shops. ENISHI, a renowned dandan noodle specialist from Kobe recognized by global gourmet guides, lends its expertise for this special menu item.
The “Spicy Rich Dandan Noodles” feature a fragrant sesame-infused chicken broth with a spicy meat topping that adds a delightful kick. Alongside this, Sushiro also offers an original nostalgic-style “Chicken Bone Soy Sauce Ramen,” highlighting a simple yet savory chicken and soy flavor.
