Krispy Kreme Tokyo Adds Melon Cream Donut to Refreshing Summer Fruit Series

Krispy Kreme Japan introduces a new summer donut that captures the juicy, glossy essence of fresh fruit. Starting July 15, 2026, the popular Melon Cream donut will join their summer fruit-themed lineup at all Krispy Kreme stores in Japan.

This seasonal series highlights refreshing fruits perfect for hot weather. Previously launched in late June, the series features Watermelon, Peach, and Pineapple-inspired donuts. Each donut is coated with a shiny glaze to mimic the fresh fruit’s moist appearance, and they are designed to be delicious even when chilled.

About the Summer Fruit Donut Series

The new Melon Cream donut replaces the Pineapple Cream in the lineup, celebrating the peak summer season of melon. It features a fluffy donut covered in a green vanilla-flavored coating resembling melon skin, topped with a melon juice glaze and decorated with a white chocolate net pattern. Inside, it’s filled with a rich cream made from red-fleshed Hokkaido melon, delivering a juicy, authentic melon flavor with every bite. This luxurious fruit donut is ideal for enjoying the taste of summer in a refreshing way.
