Tokyo Tarako Spaghetti is a specialty restaurant dedicated to evolving the classic tarako (cod roe) spaghetti. Its concept is to support hardworking women by providing a bright and clean space where anyone can enjoy familiar yet innovative tarako pasta. The restaurant uses original fresh pasta made from rare domestic hard wheat blended with tapioca flour for a chewy texture and rich flavor.
