The Gion Festival is one of Japan’s most famous traditional events, attracting visitors from around the world to Kyoto every summer. This limited-time menu offers a unique way to experience Kyoto’s rich culinary culture by combining the flavors of a New York-style steakhouse with the craftsmanship of a historic Kyoto bakery.

The highlight of this collaboration is the Gion Festival Limited Burger, featuring a juicy patty made from Benjamin Steakhouse’s house-aged beef paired with Shinzindo’s signature burger buns, known for their rich wheat flavor and moist texture.
