VERY RUBY CUT’s signature Strawberry Milk Sandwich pairs strawberry confiture with condensed-milk white chocolate. Prices are ¥1,274 for four, ¥2,376 for eight, and ¥3,564 for 12 pieces, tax included.
Strawberry Butter Sandwich
The thick Strawberry Butter Sandwich layers strawberry confiture and whipped butter cream between fermented-butter cookies. A three-piece box costs ¥1,620, tax included, and should be refrigerated.
Strawberry Cheesecake
Strawberry Cheesecake combines Amaou strawberry confiture and cranberry pieces with cream cheese and Camembert cheese. Four pieces cost ¥1,512, tax included.

VERY RUBY CUT builds its sweets around carefully selected strawberries, pairing fruit preserves with butter, cream, chocolate, and pastry textures. Its signature “double melt” method combines soft strawberry confiture with a smooth milk or maple chocolate filling before sandwiching it between cookies.
