LUCUA SOUTH will open its second phase in Osaka, Japan, on November 24, 2026, bringing 28 brands to the new JR Osaka Station-connected complex. The lineup includes the nationwide debut of Chiikawa Park Store, along with Sanrio Hello Stage, PUPPET SUNSUN STORE, and Harry Potter Mahou Dokoro.
The new stores will be centered on LUCUA Characters World across floors 10 to 13. For the initial period after opening, visitors will need either advance lottery access or a same-day numbered admission ticket to enter these floors. Details will be announced on the official LUCUA SOUTH website.
December will bring four additional brands in stages. The complex also includes restaurant floors on levels 14 to 16, with dining generally open from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.; individual stores may use different hours.

Character displays at the 16F elevator hall
The northeast elevator hall on the 16th floor opens into the world of LUCUA Characters World. Large character videos and display cases help extend the themed experience beyond the stores.
Designed as a destination for character culture and food, LUCUA SOUTH turns the route through the building into part of the visit. Visitors can encounter character videos, lighting, scent effects, displays, and interactive signage before reaching the stores themselves, creating a gradual transition from the everyday surroundings into a themed entertainment space.
