San-X is bringing its Rilakkuma x Haikyu!! collaboration to five Japanese cities, with touring pop-up stores opening from November 20, 2026. The project connects the gentle world of Rilakkuma with the high-energy volleyball anime Haikyu!! through original artwork, character goods, and food-related merchandise.
The pop-ups will be held at baseyard tokyo locations in Tokyo, Osaka, Sapporo, Kyoto, and Hiroshima. The first two venues run from November 20 to December 6, 2026, while the remaining three run from December 18, 2026, to January 17, 2027. A collaboration lottery launches January 23, 2027, and the card soft cookie will be sold in January.
Visitors can expect trading缶 badges, acrylic stands, pouches, socks, and other goods featuring pairings such as Rilakkuma with Shoyo Hinata and Korilakkuma with Tobio Kageyama. The Haikyu!! film project continues the volleyball story with Karasuno High School facing Kamomedai High School, while Fukurodani Academy meets Mujinazaka High School in the quarterfinals.
Production I.G has created 12 original collaboration visuals for the project. They show Rilakkuma, Korilakkuma, Kogumachan, and their friends alongside characters from Karasuno High School, Aoba Johsai High School, Nekoma High School, Fukurodani Academy, and Inarizaki High School. The pairings give fans a visual way to explore the contrast between Rilakkuma’s relaxed charm and Haikyu!!’s competitive school volleyball story.
