Cake.jp has launched a picture-book collaboration cookie tin selection in Hiroshima. The pop-up store will open at the Fukuya Hatchobori Main Store from September 24, 2026, offering sweets inspired by well-known picture-book characters and stories.
The seven-day event will take place in a special space on the department store’s basement level 1 from September 24 through September 30, with opening hours from 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. The lineup is designed for gifts, souvenirs, and everyday treats, although products may change depending on availability.
Most cookie tins cost ¥3,564 (tax included), including Nontan’s Birthday, The Very Hungry Caterpillar, Lisa and Gaspard, and The Bread Thief. A new Neneko Dareda Ramune Tin will also be available for ¥1,080 (tax included), while the Jackie cookie tin comes with one sparkling sticker for each tin purchased.
About the Cake.jp Cookie Tin Selection
The collection turns familiar picture-book worlds into keepsake tins filled with cookies. The cookies are made without wheat, eggs, or dairy, and the illustrated tins can be reused as small storage containers after the sweets have been enjoyed. Cake.jp says the selection has previously been presented at more than 50 venues across Japan.
