The event takes place at the KFC Takadanobaba location in Shinjuku, making it an easy stop if you are already in the area. It celebrates the unique taste and craftsmanship behind KFC’s Original Chicken.
Participants can enjoy a 30-minute all-you-can-eat experience featuring five different chicken cuts prepared by KFC’s top-level Original Chicken specialist team. The event requires advance reservation through a lottery system starting August 26, with a participation fee of ¥1,000 (tax included).
About the Meister’s Kitchen Event
Meister’s Kitchen is a special pop-up event held at KFC Takadanobaba, marking the first time KFC Japan has dedicated a venue exclusively to Original Chicken. The event features chicken prepared by a team of elite chefs certified as “Chicken Specialists,” including Japan’s only “Chicken Meister,” Kazuki Kasahara. Guests can savor five different parts of the Original Chicken: the rich and fatty thigh, collagen-rich wing, tender breast, flavorful rib, and juicy drumstick. The event also offers live cooking demonstrations by the Chicken Meister, showcasing the traditional techniques developed since the founder’s era in 1940.
On September 12 and 13, a special cooking workshop “KFC Oishinable Kitchen with Chicken Meister” is held where participants can learn to prepare Original Chicken firsthand. This workshop lasts 120 minutes and costs ¥2,000 (tax included).
