Established in 1930, Ginbis is a renowned Japanese confectionery company known for its biscuits and snacks. This August, Ginbis is launching the “Thinnest Tabekko Doubutsu” series, showcasing their advanced thin-baking technology to create biscuits about half the thickness of the originals. This results in a light, crispy texture with a rich buttery aroma and flavor.
Alongside this, Ginbis is releasing limited-edition autumn flavors in the “White Tabekko Doubutsu” line, which infuses white chocolate into the biscuits using a special soaking method. These include sweet potato butter and Mont Blanc chestnut flavors, capturing the essence of fall.
