Four choices are available: Head-on Shrimp Shabu (4 pieces) and Snow Crab Shabu (4 pieces) are ¥1,200 each (tax included), while the Shrimp and Crab Shabu Set with 8 pieces costs ¥2,200 (tax included), and the 16-piece set costs ¥4,000 (tax included).
About Yuzuan’s seasonal shabu menu
The shrimp and crab are served for shabu-shabu and must be fully cooked before eating. Yuzuan is also introducing a rich shrimp broth made by carefully extracting stock from several types of shrimp. Guests can finish the hot pot with curly Chinese noodles to enjoy the broth’s flavor to the last bite.
