About eS KOYAMA

Founded in 2003, eS KOYAMA operates a large sweets-focused site in Sanda with specialty shops, a pastry school, and a gift salon under its playful confectionery concept.

To make steamed chestnut the focus, eS KOYAMA rebuilt the batter without its usual homemade marzipan or rich eggs. A small amount of hazelnut powder adds depth without covering the chestnut aroma. The three chestnut origins are blended for different roles: Ehime brings sweetness and a crumbly texture, Kuma adds smoothness, and Kochi contributes a strong aroma and roasted richness.
