Quil Fait Bon builds its holiday collection around seasonal fruit and carefully selected ingredients. The Tart Eclat combines vanilla mousse, white chocolate custard, Shine Muscat grapes, strawberries, whipped cream, gold leaf, and snowflake ornaments. The strawberry and chocolate design pairs smooth chocolate cream with house-made strawberry jam and a generous topping of strawberries.
