Shibusoba Opens New Jiyugaoka Store Featuring Pho Menu in Tokyo

Shibusoba has opened a new location in Tokyo’s Jiyugaoka area, welcoming customers from September 6, 2026. This new store introduces a fresh menu item featuring pho, a first for the brand.

The Jiyugaoka store is situated just outside the ticket gates of Tokyu Line’s Jiyugaoka Station, a popular neighborhood known for its stylish streets and diverse shopping options. The menu pricing aligns with typical Japanese cafe dining standards, with dishes priced around ¥1,000 to ¥1,200.

Alongside traditional soba and udon, the new Jiyugaoka shop offers a special limited-edition dish called “Colorful Vegetable Medicinal White” available with pho, soba, or udon noodles. This dish combines Shibusoba’s signature broth with soy milk and a unique spice blend, featuring medicinal ingredients like daylily and goji berries, alongside vibrant vegetables.
