About the Afternoon Tea
This seasonal afternoon tea celebrates the fresh sweetness and aroma of Shine Muscat grapes. It features elegant sweets such as a special macaron topped with three Shine Muscat grapes, a rare cheesecake layered with chopped Shine Muscat in jelly, grape tart with caramel cream, cream puffs filled with custard and fresh cream, and a refreshing muscat jelly made from Yamanashi grape juice. Savory items include sandwiches with prosciutto and cream cheese, pork rillettes with Genovese sauce, a domestic beef patty hamburger with herb sauce, and a salad of Shine Muscat and green papaya. Two types of scones—maple scones with rum raisins and walnuts, and fermented butter scones—are served with maple syrup and clotted cream.
