The “Fish White Soup Salt Ramen” supervised by “Ichii” features a thick white soup base made with chicken and vegetable extracts, accented with fish powder. It has a fragrant fish powder aroma and a rich umami taste, perfectly complementing Sushiro’s proud noodles.

The ramen will be available for a limited time from May 29, 2024, to June 16, 2024. It will be sold in limited quantities and will end once sold out. The price is 450 yen (including tax), and at specific stores, it will be available for 460 yen or 490 yen (including tax). Takeout is not available.
“Ichii,” located in Nagaoka City, Niigata, is a popular restaurant that specializes in Yaki Ago Salt Ramen. Its creamy white soup, made by simmering pork bones and letting them rest, is deep in flavor with a broth made from roasted flying fish from Niigata (Sado) and Yamagata (Asuka). The medium-thin straight noodles have a chewy texture and pair well with the homemade menma and char siu, roasted sakura shrimp, and shredded white leek.
