About THE SHINE MUSCAT SEASON Parfait Afternoon Tea
Following the popular seasonal fruit-themed afternoon tea series that started in May, THE THOUSAND KYOTO presents the third installment featuring Shine Muscat grapes. Guests are welcomed with a non-alcoholic cocktail called Parfum Muscat, blending muscat juice with jasmine tea, alongside a visually stunning Shine Muscat parfait decorated like a tiara with fresh grapes.
The tea stand offers six types of sweets, including a Muscat macaron filled with lemon cream, a refreshing Muscat terrine with lime jelly, classic Muscat tart, grape mousse, and more. Savory items include a rich Japanese-style rolled omelet from the KIZAHASHI restaurant, fresh spring rolls with creamy guacamole and spicy chili, vegetable mousse on brioche, salmon rillettes, and a spicy Cajun bean-stuffed pani puri. A Muscat sandwich made with fluffy bread, light cream, and juicy grapes completes the set.
Guests can enjoy about 30 varieties of free-flowing drinks, including Japanese black teas, traditional teas, coffee, and herbal blends, ensuring a sophisticated and refreshing tea time.
