Love Liner, the popular eye makeup brand by msh Corporation, is releasing a limited-edition Chiikawa-themed liquid eyeliner starting July 16, 2026. This special release is part of the “Matsukiyo Cocokara Chiikawa Tobikiri Summer Campaign” and is available exclusively at Matsumoto Kiyoshi Group and Cocokara Fine Group stores across Japan.
The eyeliner features charming designs of Chiikawa, Hachiware, and Usagi characters in pink and blue tones, making it perfect for everyday use. The product comes in a refillable bottle with a reusable design, combining practicality with collectible appeal. Two colors are offered: black and dark brown, each priced at ¥1,760 (tax included).
About the Collaboration
This limited-edition eyeliner celebrates the beloved Chiikawa characters created by illustrator Nagano, who originally gained popularity on X (formerly Twitter). The series follows the heartfelt and sometimes tough daily lives of Chiikawa and friends Hachiware and Usagi. Chiikawa has expanded its fanbase through social media, LINE stickers, and a TV anime broadcast on Fuji TV’s Mezamashi TV since April 2022. Additionally, the Chiikawa movie “The Secret of Mermaid Island” is set to premiere on July 24, 2026.
