The parfait highlights nine carefully selected ingredients, including warabi mochi, ice cream, crumble, lemon jelly, and cheese cream, all crafted to enhance the refreshing sweetness of Yame tea. This premium parfait offers a unique treat for baseball fans looking to enjoy authentic sweets while watching games.
About the Collaboration and the Parfait

The TEN PARFAIT ~Toshi Yoroizuka~ is the fifth release in the Hawks’ “Taka no Kiwami” series, which partners with top chefs to create extraordinary stadium gourmet experiences. The dessert was developed jointly with Sunserite Co., Ltd., part of the OIC Group, under the supervision of Chef Toshi Yoroizuka, who is known for his dedication to using regional ingredients and artisanal techniques.
Pitcher Naoyuki Uwasawa, a matcha enthusiast, collaborated on the parfait by selecting the final topping of matcha sauce and naming the product. The parfait incorporates ten ingredients, symbolizing Uwasawa’s jersey number 10, and aims to offer a luxurious dessert option at the ballpark.
