Cento Percento, a casual Italian restaurant chain located inside large home centers across Japan, is introducing a refreshing summer dish: Mango and Buffalo Mozzarella Cold Tomato Sauce. This seasonal menu item will be available starting July 1, 2026.

This dish perfectly suits the summer season with its cool and vibrant flavors. It features rich and creamy buffalo mozzarella paired with the sweet and tangy taste of mango, served over specially made cold fresh spaghetti.
